Transfer Service Procedure

Please note:

Sending images via email may reduce the quality of the finished product. For this reason we ask that you send your images to us via the postal system. For peace of mind we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

• JPEG images can be sent on disc or memory stick
• Photo  prints, 35mm Slides and Negatives should be sent in hard backed envelopes

All original material will be returned to you with your finished product via a recorded delivery service.

When you have made your payment for the service required you will receive an email from use containing the address where you should send your photos. Once they are received by us we will notify you of their safe arrival and we will also notify you when we despatch your finished goods and original material.
